I am writing to you on behalf of OASIS Security Safe with respect to Consignment #LS/ZZ/29/2003 (57 KG OF GOLD) held in our Grade 4 Bullion Vault, Vault Cell 04B.

As of today, 13 months of safe keeping fees remain outstanding, totalling $4,290.00 USD. Despite our prior written notice (Ref: ARREARS-2025-OSS-03, dated 1 August 2025), payment has not been received.

Per Clause 7.4 of the Safe Keeping Storage Agreement, continued non-payment may result in a formal lien being placed upon the consignment and referral to our legal counsel. We strongly urge immediate settlement of the outstanding balance to avoid further escalation.
